  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons blueberry jam or mashed fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and yogurt until smooth.
  5. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix in the blueberries.
  6. Fill each muffin cup almost full with batter.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and blueberry jam until smooth.
