Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well and microwave for an additional minute until thickened.
  3. Dust a clean surface with cornstarch or potato starch. Carefully transfer the hot dough onto this surface and let cool slightly.
