Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped) or sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all fruits (strawberries, grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana) cut into bite-sized pieces. For best results, add banana just before serving to prevent browning.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruits until evenly coated. Top with chopped pecans for added crunch.
