  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated steak on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
