  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach (about 1 cup when frozen)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ½ cup plain Greek yogurt with ½ Tbsp lemon juice, ⅛ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp dried dill, and ⅛ tsp salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes and red onion; thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine 19 oz ground turkey, chopped tomatoes, minced onion, thawed spinach, ¼ cup crumbled feta, 1 tsp dried oregano, ¼ tsp garlic powder, and ¼ tsp salt.
  4. Form the mixture into five equal burger patties.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns topped with the dill yogurt sauce and cucumber slices.
