  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
