  • 8 ounces deli roast beef, chopped
  • 16 ounces white American cheese, diced
  • 1 (16 oz jar) Salsa con queso
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice bell peppers and onion.
  2. Combine in the Slow Cooker: Add peppers, onions, roast beef, cheeses, salsa con queso, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook Low and Slow: Set on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
