  • 1 teaspoon dill (fresh, freeze dried, or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (fresh, freeze dried, or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon chives (fresh, freeze dried, or dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 8 ounces baby greens
  • 2 ears corn
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes (quartered or halved)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, kosher salt, and minced garlic for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil and seasonings; roast in the oven at 400°F for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
  3. Grill corn until charred and remove kernels from the cob.
