- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free or dairy-free)
- Sea salt flakes (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and ground flaxseed until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats until fully incorporated.
