  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta (vegan or regular)
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by dicing the cucumber, slicing the strawberries, and cubing the watermelon. Combine in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or agave), lime juice, lime zest, chopped mint, and a pinch of salt.
